Carcinogen Alphabet: “H” for Hardwood Dust
Wood dust has been found to be a carcinogen to humans with it causing cancer of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses and also cancer of the nasopharynx, as such wood dust is classed as a Group 1 carcinogen.
In support of the “No Time to Lose” Campaign the SEL Group will be running an “Alphabet of Carcinogens” campaign and each week we shall release details regarding a different well known carcinogen.
